hehehehe   why do you think I chose the military   lol

You lazy fat fuck...You think you paid for the health care that you are enjoying today? Fuck no. Fat, diabetic pieces of shit like you are being treated on my dime. You don't watch what you eat, you used to drink even though you apparently knew you had a predisposition for diabetes. You have definitely played a hand in your failing health. Any responsible doctor would inform you that all of that fat that you are carrying around only makes the symptoms of your diabetes more dramatic.

If you lose all of that fat your symptoms might be reduced dramatically. You deserve no health care because you have not done enough to potentially minimize if not remove your diabetes all together.

You fat, neuropathetic condescending fuck. You worked for a municipality and the govt and now you feel that you are "entitled" to health insurance benefits? Who do you think is paying for your health insurance? I don't want our tax dollars to fund the health care of the lazy and the obese.

Now you've been reading what I'm saying and you also should have a good idea where I stand on personal responsibility, but make a sound point like you did here and not a manipulative one. It assist in your credibility.

Both of my sons had sons out of wedlock, both are doing as I would have expected. This made the Nana very happy (Papa too, I might add).

But that isn't the point I was making early, at least when there are females that might be using abortion as a birth control. It's the what is good for the goose is good for the gander analogy you know.

You're a good girl Tazzy I'm not upset with you, I just have come to expect more of you.

Men have no part until roughly 9 months later... if they are true men.

Don't you be tossing that manipulative fucking horseshit around in my thread. This true men bullshit belongs in third grade, not in an adult discussion.

And yes men should be responsible for their actions, I'm not arguing that and in fact have done well teaching my sons as much, but if we want this fucking country to be all fair and equal it goes both ways dammit. Men get the fucking shaft in this child care crap and it's not just about the money for the father, but that is often enough all it is about for our dear old Uncle Sam.

So cut the shit and slip your feet into both sets of shoes and examine it from both sides of the coin if you want your point in this debate to maintain any credibility.

Master Bull

i raised mine alone... took that responsibility upon myself... never looked for anyone for help except the two years it took me to graduate and pass the nursing boards.

i said "true men" not as a manipulation, but as an honest opinion of men who ditch and dodge their responsibilities. the "if you play, you pay" goes both ways. males abandoning their sperm then hiding behind the laws to avoid their responsibilities to the child they helped create does not equal "men" to me at all.

Master Bull

you may be surprised on my thoughts concerning abostion as birth control. its something i am stead fast again. i made that mistake of getting pregnant, decided not to compound it with a marriage, and took that responsibility upon myself. thankfully, while the father was male, his parents were a strong support for both myself and my son. father and son are just now beginning to build a relationship of sorts, 24 years later.

but, if we start legislating who can and cannot obtain an abortion, then the risk is that, eventually, the ability to obtain one at all may disappear. Why should a woman have to admit to the embarrassment of retelling a rape story... or an incest incident? Some women prefer not to report these things. Their reasoning is their own. Not much different than a man being raped, and struggling to forget instead of reporting. men have the added bonus of not having to worry about an"oops" (if that can be called a bonus). i dont approve of not reporting a crime, but i can certainly understand the reluctance considering the stigma behind those two.

not sure of any of this makes sense. women's rights is a hot topic because it does contain talks about abortions. i find it sad that when an abortion occurs "naturally" people talk about it being "god's decision". Was it god's decision that she became pregnant to begin with? if we take the religious argument, god gave man free will... that included women too... lol.. or at least some of the women.

considering the society's embracement of adult themes... porn.. alternative lifestyle... nudity in films, books, magazines... the ads on tv for birth control... the push for sexual freedom not only among the adults but also among teens... added with a thousand other mixed messages from society... and its no wonder why these men and women dont "just keep their legs closed or in their pants".

sexual freedom can be exhilarating... it also comes with a ton of responsibility.

As someone else pointed out, 75% of the men born here are circumcised... there are an awful lot of babies being born for that one incident to be a leading cause of impotence.

All women secretly seek out the uncircumcised and then tell their circumciszed spouse/boyfirend/whatever the child is really theirs. Isn't it obvious?

..............A free woman is exactly that, free, but she is also aware that her value to the man she is companioned with lies within her womb. She is after all not his play toy and able to establish value in that way.

I can only speak hypothetically, but I believe that in a world where sexual toys were abundent and it only took a glass of wine to prevent birth a man would only be reproducing when he intends to.

That being said if a man would value a society that lived as such perhaps he should do all he can to live up to his personal codes. I will say this, I love my sons, as well as my grandsons, not to mention the granddaughter and to see my immortality in their every breath gives me reason to teach them and not tell them to choose life.

Sadly I have no daughters, so I can't speak from experience with regards to what I'd tell her if she were raped, but I have a granddaughter and I will say to anyone that might consider violating her freedom, "you can run, but you'll only die tired".

Personally, I would be more interested in knowing whether a Dom or Gorean male believes that a woman has the right to choose whether to carry a fetus to term, should she become unexpectedly pregnant by him.

Assuming you meant the Gorean Forum I'll respond by saying no, but I was asked my Gorean opinion on the OP...

Just an FYI, I actually incorporate most all my subscribed philosophical understandings into my everyday life, it's true that this Gorean thing isn't all about slaves and kink, my beliefs even effect my opinions on healthcare.

For instance, I had assumed you are a slave in your everyday life as well, perhaps that was an incorrect assumption on my behalf, but it seemed a safe one.

But back to the OP, this has been a most productive discussion, at least for me.

I don't know why Gorean's keep trying to infiltrate Earth. We have enough problem of our own. They should go back to their own planet.

Abortion is a medical procedure. Like many other medical procedures, it has its lot of detractors. Those that don't like it shouldn't have it. Those that need it should be able to access it through the normal channels, like any other medical procedure that is deemed necessary by the patient's medical practioner. Those holier than thou moralists that would like to keep abortion coverage out of a healthcare bill as if it were some kind of "luxury treatment" need to keep out of the grown-up game if they don't like its consequences, but one of the consequence, at times, is termination of pregnancy.

This country TRULY needs to get its head out of its arse when it comes to abortion, and to recognise it for what it is: a medical procedure that won't please everyone, but  that is medically necessary for those that seek it. Enough with women's wombs being hijacked by politicians trying to score cheap points with the fucking retarded segment of the electorate.

Fuck.

Perhaps you'd like to recant your comment here, I read it somewhere that Goreans don't circumcise their young...

Actually, the fictional Gor is populated with people originally from Earth.

So...they are on their own planet.
