This is my problem with the story. She isnt a teenager, she is 27 years old. She called her mother but not the police???

Even if the Defense had possession of emails or a Contract from the victim consenting to being the Defendant's sex slave he is in big trouble.

She was obviously traumatized, at some point this was non-consensual, this is apt to be a slam dunk for the Prosecution. She can't legally consent to Assault and Battery.

There's a lot missing but I doubt a Judge or Jury will give this guy a pass even if it began as a BD/SM relationship. The Defendant will likely do a lot of time in prison.

It sounds as if there's a lot more to it to me as well.  8 days? 8 days she stayed? And didn't run up to the first cop she could find  when she left the apartment?  One thing that isn't difficult to find in NY is  a cop, even if you are from out of town.

She didnt call the police.

She didnt seek medical help.

She returned to the place she was being held and abused at.

Im willing to bet there is more to this story.
