I'll be doing the first leg of the oncology triathlon for rectal cancer: chemo-radiation (radiation synced to a bit of chemo). Got my tattoos, wee dots that guide the radiation therapist's ray gun, inked into my butt today. Treatment should begin Monday or Tuesday.

On an unrelated note: I owe cmail to your dear self and several other kind folks and apologize for being out of touch. I've been a little overwhelmed with it all (and trying to produce a magazine in my spare time!).

i just need to pop four pills. How hard can that be?

But I do wish the bottle didn't say "TOXIC / DISPOSE OF AS BIOHAZARD" when my disposal method is to swallow the damn things.
