1. The younguns are cuter.
2. They're not sophisticated enough to recognize a line of bullshit yet like the older women can.

...among other things. ;)

The truth is, it just looks like most of the 40-100 yr. olds want younger. Some want women around the same age as themselves. I'm older, so that type writes my profile a lot.

True, though at my age the 18-23 range specified in the OP is below my threshold. To me, a younger woman means one in her 30's. Everything you said is still true, though. It's all relative. Heh.

Younger subs are more likely to be single/unowned and less likely to have family obligations that would curtail their service.

LOL actually I see a lot of 40-something women posting BS like "he cheated on me but says it's ok because he's a Dom" or "is it poly if he didn't tell me about her til I found out another way" or "he won't let me call him at home because as a slave I don't have that privilege" or some other form of "does questioning this mean I'm not a true submissive."

Older women were raised with a certain idea of how relationships should be, and if they're getting back into dating after a divorce or this is otherwise their first BDSM relationship they're more likely to believe what a dominant says are the Rules of Alternative Relationships vs. a younger submissive who was raised in a world where relationships, like everything else, are what you want them to be and if a man does something they don't like, they were born into a world that tells them they Don't Need A Man (tm) and are more likely to walk.

Or so I've found. Granted the 40 y/o women who HAVE had experience with alternative relationships have a lower tolerance for BS but I'd say in general, 20-somethings have a 'take it or leave it' mindset when it comes to relationships whereas 40/50 year olds have more of a "all relationships are compromise" and "this is how it should be" mindset.

Hey lil wonder,
I'd disagree with this.  Younger ones haven't dealt with their issues yet which is why they are more moldable and such.  They haven't started to live within their own authority as much.
